stars — state champs

My brother-in-law is the head football coach for Soldotna High School and this past Saturday they won their first ever state championship. It’s been cool to follow the team each year, even though I’ve never had the chance to watch them play. But, it seems like every year they are a step or two away from winning the “big show.” Not this year, though. They were finally about to win the state title and from what I can tell, they did it with panache. It’s cool when a close friend of yours or family member does something great like this.
