training update

75 mile ride today with North County. Heidi came with, which was nice. The route was a little hilly, but nothing crazy. There were some fast riders today, so that was nice. I’ve been following this routine the last month or so: Monday off, run, cycle, swim during the week. Big ride on Saturday. Longer run on Sunday and then swim masters at the Y. So, tomorrow we’ve got a run and then swim. I’m feeling a little tired, but I think I’m getting stronger so that’s keeping me going.
