I’m supposed to be blogging about my Ironman experience, but haven’t really started doing that. I guess my excuse is that I really haven’t started training for it. I’m basically just trying to “maintain” and stay fit. At any rate, here’s a (very) quick summary of what I did last week. (For the record, this information is really just, “for the record.” I can’t imagine anyone, except myself in X years time, will find this interesting.)
- Monday, 09/21/2009: day off
- Tuesday, 09/22/2009: 5 mile run (solo)
- Wednesday, 09/23/2009: Bike to work (21 miles); didn’t bike home — 9 year wedding anniversary
- Thursday, 09/24/2009: 2000m swim at work
- Friday, 09/25/2009: 7 mile run (solo)
- Saturday, 09/26/2009: 80 mile bike ride (solo)
- Sunday, 09/27/2009: 8 mile run (with Heidi)
