I’m supposed to be blogging about my Ironman experience, but haven’t really started doing that. I guess my excuse is that I really haven’t started training for it. I’m basically just trying to “maintain” and stay fit. At any rate, here’s a (very) quick summary of what I did last week. (For the record, this information is really just, “for the record.” I can’t imagine anyone, except myself in X years time, will find this interesting.)
